We use high-grade polycarbonate and TPU materials designed to resist yellowing for as long as possible. However, all clear cases eventually experience some natural oxidation due to exposure to sunlight and heat. Our cases are built to stay crystal clear significantly longer than standard market cases.

We use Premium UV-Printing technology, which is designed to be highly durable and scratch-resistant. However, the lifespan of the print can depend on how the case is used. Long-term exposure to direct sunlight or frequent contact with sweat and natural oils from hands may cause slight fading over time. Under normal daily conditions, the design will remain vibrant for a long time.

Currently, we focus exclusively on flagship models for iPhone, Samsung, and Google Pixel. This allows us to maintain the highest quality standards for these specific devices.

We process orders within 24-48 hours. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for the rest of India.

In the rare event that you receive a defective item or a design you didn't order, please email us at support@casemist.com within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video/photo. We will happily send you a free replacement.
